If you're planning a return to Topeka for the holidays and it's been awhile, you're in for a treat. Topeka's local brew scene has tripled in the last few months. For years, Blind Tiger was the only choice and it still is the only brewery offering food. The other two taprooms invite patrons to bring in their own snacks. Topeka is now home to three public breweries.
