Topeka loves live music and food trucks!
So much so, that we decided to help host THREE different Music and Food Truck festivals in 2018 along with our Downtown Topeka Inc colleagues at the Greater Topeka Partnership.
Kicking off this series of festivals is the Downtown Country & Food Truck Festival on Saturday, May 12. This free event invites attendees to sample menus from several food trucks while enjoying great country music from 4 amazing artists!
Cody Cooper and George Birge are a country duo originally from Austin, TX and have performed as Waterloo Revival since 2012. They are signed to Toby Keith's record label, Show Dog Nashville and toured with him on the "Toby Keith Interstates & Tailgates" tour.
Travis Marvin, a Kansas native, has been rocking the region for nearly a decade and gaining momentum by the minute.
Marvin has shared the stage with many of today's biggest country acts, including Eric Church, Jerrod Niemann, John Rich, Lee Brice, Little Big Town, Craig Morgan, Luke Bryan, Clay Walker, Blake Shelton, the Eli Young Band, Florida Georgia Line, The Band Perry and many others!
True North incorporates a traditional rock and roll rhythm section atop fiddle, mandolin, accordion, lap steel, and harmonica to forge its own unique sound. A six-piece group, with several multi-instrumentalists onboard, allows for impressive musical diversity.
Bryton Stoll is a singer/songwriter born and raised in Northeast Kansas. He grew up in Marysville, a small town at the northern tip of the Flint Hills.
He has opened for or shared the stage with the likes of Shenandoah, Clint Black, Roy Clark, Jana Jae, Alaska & Madi, Smithfield, Wade Bowen, and more
