Mark your calendars! The Kansas Museum of History reopens November 22, 2025. Join us for a special opening event featuring music, special guests, food trucks, and plenty of photo opportunities. Hear from VIP speakers including Lieutenant Governor David Toland; Patrick Zollner, KSHS executive director; Sarah Bell, museum director; KSHS Foundation representative; and Tribal representatives.
Enjoy music performances and roaming guests including Civil War reenactors and Wizard of Oz characters.
Admission to the museum will be FREE both Saturday, November 22 and Sunday, November 23.
