Sneakers for Santa

Join Sole Reason, Twin Dragon and Fleet Feet for the inaugural Sneakers for Santa 5K Fun Run/Walk to benefit Topeka youth in need. Whether you're a seasoned runner, just getting started, or want to bring the family out to support a great cause, we would love to see you on race day!

Check in starts at 8 a.m., and the races start at 9. Register for the 5k, the 1-mile loop, or another family-friendly race option TODAY at https://runsignup.com/Race/KS/Topeka/SneakersForSanta! Registration prices increase after Nov. 13. Proceeds from the inaugural Sneakers for Santa fun run help Sole Reason provide new shoes to the kids in our community who need them most.

- Raffle giveaways, including tickets to see John "The Iron Man" Cantrell's big fight the same night!

Bringing gently used footwear to donate enters you to win awesome post-race prizes! You can also bring used footwear to Fleet Feet on Wanamaker Road between Oct. 9 and Dec. 12 to get a raffle ticket for a great prize for each pair of shoes donated.

Since 2016, Sole Reason has given away more than 9,500 pairs of NEW sneakers to area kids, and the need continues to grow. Sole Reason's used footwear program supports the organization's ability to buy new sneakers for kids here at home.
