Join us for the National African American Read-in! The Topeka Chapter of the Links, Inc. will host the Read-in at the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library for Black History Month! Create your 2023 African American Booklists, hear great African American authors and books, enjoy music and fund for the whole family!
