The R.R. Domer Livestock Arena is widely used for equestrian events such as team roping, cutting horse shows, reining horse shows, barrel racing, hunter jumper shows and rodeo competitions. The arena also hosts expos, the Shawnee County 4-H Fair, the Shawnee County Spring Livestock Show and other livestock events.

The facility features a full-service cafe, paved parking lot, wash bays, with trail course equipment and jumps available for use.
