Cafe Quetzal

Cafe Quetzal was born out of a yearning and a deep sense of the need for authentic community, spirituality, and presence. What would it look like to create space that fosters radical hospitality and welcome to each person, just as they are? What would it look like to create a space to explore, to create, to study, to be inspired, and to come alive in body, mind, and spirit? What would it look like to cultivate a community that is deeply present with one another and with the Topeka community and world? Cafe Quetzal seeks to cultivate these divine yearnings and that divine spark in each of us. Our single-sourced coffee is more than beans. It’s a product of relationship. Coffee served at Cafe Quetzal comes from our friends in Guatemala. Cafe Quetzal is inspired by the people of San Juan and San Pablo La Laguna, their friendship, and our call to live into our global interconnectedness in real and active ways. In that spirit of interconnectedness in the city of Topeka, 10% of our sales go to our partners right here in our Topeka community.
