KB's Smokehouse

We are a BBQ smoked meat catering business with a Food Truck. We specialize in low and slow cooked meats, cooked ONLY with wood, and homemade sides. We have our own homemade rubs and marinades for each category of meat, along with our own BBQ sauce recipe. When it comes to home cooked BBQ smoked meats, KB’s Smokehouse is who you want to ask for. We're also located inside Norsemen Brewing Company.

TOPEKA RESTAURANT WEEK, MARCH 1 - 8, 2019

Because KB and Norsemen share space, they are offering a double dose of deliciousness for Restaurant Week.

For a $10 special, guests can buy a pulled pork sandwich or beer brat with one side and a craft beer. The beer brats, a KB specialty, are made with Norsemen beer by Kroeger’s Country Meats in Lecompton.

KB will also serve its new smoked meatloaf sandwich, the “OMG Smoked Meatloaf.” It’s a smoked meatloaf, topped with homemade barbecue sauce, nacho cheese, smoked pork belly and homemade coleslaw.

Norsemen has about a dozen beers on tap, ranging from the Chocolate Cherry Porter to its classic pale ale, the Shield Maiden Wheat IPA. The special applies to any beer that is normally $5.50 or less.

This deal won’t be valid during the First Friday Art Walk on March 1.
