In addition to serving as the administrative home of the NOTO organization, the NOTO Arts Center is a celebration of art with several locations for rotating art exhibits and as a venue for art workshops and presentations. Permanent art also adorns the Arts Center, including the NOTO Community Quilt, Redbud Donor Tree, and other various paintings. Built in 1938 as a federal post office, the Arts Center is a Classical Revival architectural style building with detailing in the window arches and a glass fanlight window over the entry. The interior features historic elegance, a bit of artistic funk, and industrial grit. The NOTO Arts Center is available for rent.
