The White Linen

he White Linen is a unique, fine-dining restaurant based on contemporary French and American cuisine. Chef Adam VanDonge and his wife Kasie have opened this restaurant to give Topekans a taste of truly unique dining in a small town environment. Chef Adam takes locally grown, bred, and produced products and re-imagines them into a modern, unique treat with the familiar structures and textures known to be a staple of the Kansas plains, America's homeland. Chef Adam takes pride in the art of cuisine and will aim to continue to "wow" his clients and customers in his newest of adventures, The White Linen.

For dinner, The White Linen is offering a $40 dinner for two featuring two 8 oz. center-cut sirloins, garlic mashed potatoes in a creamy herb butter sauce, steamed broccolini and a bottle of cabernet.
