The Greater Topeka Partnership and Leadership Greater Topeka is inviting the public to join them for a special community conversation centered on the issues surrounding gun use and public safety. The event, Perspectives on Gun Use & Public Safety, will take place on Thursday, November 7 at Washburn University’s Bradbury Thompson Alumni Center, 6 - 8:30 p.m.

Facilitated by Kansas Leadership Center teacher, Lynette Lacy, community participants will be introduced to multiple perspectives on gun use. The participants will then be put into smaller groups to discuss this important topic from one of the various perspectives represented.

It is free to attend. Participants are encouraged, but not required, to register: https://leadership-topeka.topekapartnership.com/gun-control-conversation/.
